Jack’s updated death certificate which now lists his death as accidental, caused by silicone injection and administered at his home in Seattle at 3AM.

This new information directly contradicts every single thing Dylan Hafertepen has told both the internet and Jack’s mother, Linda Chapman.

Who administered Jack’s final injection of silicone and under what circumstances?
