Don Quixote is incontinent because of how her body absorbs nutrients. Regular drinks take a bit longer to go through her system but the blood packs go through her near instantly. She doesn't really feel the urge to pee as well as she often peed when excited. It just happens. Until the blood packs, she could make do with pull-ups but now she is needs diapers.

Yi Sang is mostly incontinent but his is because of all the trauma to his lower body. Bad hysterectomy, an abortion, his EDS and disabilities in general. He makes do with pads and has probably never worn anything else despite very very much so having helped other sinners. He definitely needs something thicker.

Hong Lu needs diapers due to his poorly done nullification. Doesn't fuss. Usually takes care of himself but also There's Ryōshū.

Faust wears them for productivity reasons. And she has a tiny bladder.

Sinclair pees when scared but he's okay. Usually.

Ishmael, Heathcliff, and Ryōshū are the diaper stealers and diaper huffers who occasionally get curious or wear for comfort.
