G - Is Duchess goofy or more serious in the moment? 

          “Well, you see, it all depends on what happens during. If there are some mishaps then of course I’m going to be laughing, but if both me and my partner want to have a wonderful time together, then it’ll be more serious.”

     Duchess was enjoying himself, humming as he made sure the flowers of The Ruins were watered and growing nicely when he gasped as he was taken a hold of and hoisted into the arms of the taller. 

     His legs were resting on one arm as his upper back was nestled comfortably against the other. Oh there was a bit of a blush on the guardian’s skull as he looked at the other. 

Dragon’s tail moved languidly behind him and he hummed as he felt the kiss to his temple. All he could feel was honesty and love in their bond. He felt so lucky to have found Duchess and it was not a surprise that they’d bonded as they had.

He didn’t hesitate, sitting in front of where Duchess was. Neatly folding his wings, he couldn’t really do much by way of getting them “out of the way”, really. They could only flex a certain way but, at the least, there was no membrane on the bone to hinder touch. They were also rather small so he was sure that they wouldn’t get in the way of a massage.

“I-if ya wanna,” he said, smiling softly up at Duchess. “I should be the one doin’ that for ya considerin’ you work just as hard around here.”

There was still appreciation in their bond and Dragon paused a moment before he slipped off his jacket, leaving him in his sleeveless shirt. “You always give the best massages, though.”

     Watching him walk to the couch, oh there was a smile on his face as he felt the appreciation through their bond. He loved Dragon more than anything, of course he was going to give him things like massages when he’s done so much as well. 

          “Let’s just leave something for you to do for me until later, alright?” He said in a smooth quiet voice as he took his hands and started to lightly dig into the bones of the other’s shoulders. Seeing the wings move a little though--Duchess knew what would happen if he were to touch one, and being as he was he couldn’t resist as a pinkie lightly brushed one of them, just to get some sort of spark there. 

Really, he couldn’t help himself. Knight took hold of Duchess’ hand and brought it up to his teeth, kissing the top. Something he hadn’t done in quite some time. The skeleton looked up at the other, giving him a charming grin.

     Always the romantic. Duchess had to give a chuckle when he felt the other’s teeth kiss on the top of his hand. He swore everytime Knight did such a thing he felt more and more like a queen everyday. 

The way they held out their plate with an eager smile, it certainly looked as though they were asking for another slice. When he came closer to take their plate though, they also pointed between him and the chair beside them, patting it as though they wanted him to sit there.

Their motions soon became more clear once their hands were free and they signed, ‘Come eat with me! You should enjoy it too!’

    Duchess took the other’s plate with a smile upon his face to get them some more food. Placing the piece of quiche upon the plate he turned around to watch what the younger was signing. Comprehending the language, he placed the plate on the table and laughed lightly.

Making a soft noise as he followed his bonded one out of the kitchen, he flushed slightly as he saw that barrier. Dragon sometimes was embarrassed that it was even needed, hating that he had no self-control over his vocalizations. It was hard to when it felt so damn good and Duchess knew how to get his dragon to roar.

“I-I mean, if ya really want to,” he murmured, knowing that he was aching for some attention that only Duchess could provide for him. “Not like we can’t cuddle afterwards like we always do.”

Getting a bit closer, Dragon looked up to his lover. Trust and adoration went through their bond, happy that Duchess was willing to do what it took to make him comfortable. “It’s been a while and that’s way too long for us to not be doin’ anythin’ with each other.”

     Duchess never minded when it came to the way that Dragon expressed himself. In fact he was glad that he could make the younger feel as amazing as he did. Leaning down when Dragon came closer, the taller pressed his teeth against the other’s temple with a soft breath. 

          “I always want to be with you, Dragon,” His voice was soft as he walked over to the back of the couch and patted the cushions. “Come sit,” It wasn’t as though Duchess was hungry for it, he wanted to take it slow at first, just enjoy the other’s company and work their way from there. 

He was thoroughly distracted from cookies as Duchess spoke, laughing softly. They had three kids already and sometimes he still had trouble voicing his desires. Sex was still new to him but Duchess had been such a wonderful teacher and mentor for him. Still…

“Choices. Though not so many when I know my screamin’ might wake the kids if we’re not careful.” Yes, that was still a problem. Making noise that could wake anyone made lovemaking pretty hard to do at times.

Eventually, he tilted his head with a soft, sheepish smile. “So how about we take a cookie each and go cuddle on the couch?” he suggested, knowing that the time they had to spend alone was fairly rare these days. Regardless, he treasured every moment he had with his family and no one would ever hear him complain. “I mean, if somethin’ goes further, I’m not gonna complain…”

     It was adorable. Even after all this time Dragon was still rather shy about having sex. Duchess had a feeling that he would always have that about him--and if he had to be honest, the elder thought it rather charming about him, in a cute way. 

     A smile and a chuckle was sounded at what the other had said. Turning to the cookies, Duchess shook his head. 

          “Can’t do cookies yet, they just came out of the oven so they need to cool for a while, however--” Oh there was a grin as he started to make his way to the living room. “Don’t you remember that I can make a barrier around us? Nobody would be able to hear a thing we say or do.” His arms were already glowing a bluish purple hue, ready to make a soundproof barrier around them if he needed. 

Quietly closing the door behind him, Dragon let out a soft breath. Sometimes it was a trial to get their little ones to get some rest. They were just so rambunctious sometimes, not wanting to settle down and leave their playtime behind. It took convincing but he was ready for it most of the time now, knowing what games to play to get his children to take their much needed naps.

Heading towards the kitchen, he leaned against the doorway. He took in a deep breath, enjoying the scent of freshly baked cookies. “All of them went down in record time today. Must’ve played way too hard,” he said, chuckling softly.

Dragon moved closer to Duchess, leaning in to press a soft kiss to the other’s cheek with love in his soul. “Which means we get some time alone together.”

     With triplets, Duchess knew that it would be only a matter of time before they started to weigh on the both of them, that was why he was glad that they had two helpers around the home as well. 

     Though he knew that Danny and Dream were both out somewhere at this time, Duchess was more than glad that both of them had taken on the rolls of being big brothers well--then again they were both old enough to take on such roles to begin with. 

     For now there, with the feelings of love roaming through his soul, Duchess returned such an emotion as he had a smile on his face as a kiss was adorned on his cheek.
