Falling just below them on the food chain with various levels of connection through the gatekeepers of politicians, judges and law enforcement officers with thick blood or financial ties, you find an underworld of organized crime families, gangs, and klans with some very wealthy and powerful sociopaths in leadership ranks.

Written laws are just a filter to be selectively enforced based on a hierarchy of who you know and what you know, & how dangerous or unsavory you are judged to be in your community.

I have a personal crede of “And harm none, do what thou wilt”, and I don’t like it when anything gets in the way of that. I’m not hurting anyone, so stay out of my business, and any law or rules that interfere with my pursuit of happiness and cause no harm to anyone else are invalid.

Yet because I’m different, and I don’t have deep family ties to the community, I’m considered “unsavory” and deemed an outcast and outlaw.

Sometimes i feel like I’m in Utgard, like Thor in Jotunheim with Loki. Or maybe I am more like Loki himself, just trying to enjoy life, mistake prone and clumsy, never really liked much, and often punished for these things.
