Dr Durgesh Nagesh Bailoor teaches in a Dental School in Bhopal. The People's Dental academy, he trains the BDS and MDS doctors. He uses Problem Based Learning- Vertically integrated curriculum for dynamic understanding- and inculcates the Evidence based health care philosophy in his students and doctors.  Durgesh has worked in Oman , Trinidad and Tobago and the USA. He is also deeply committed to use of computers in hospitals and clinics, he has taken a special computer programming diploma from Chubb Institute in New Jersey and he has continued to focus this knowledge into applied aspects in health care.
