☆ — “You think so? I’m pretty sure it looks a little stupid, but it’s great to hear a compliment once in awhile!” he happily returned the smile, “My name is Kaneki Ken, it’s a pleasure to meet you.”

          "Nah, it looks cool, don't worry!"

           Cue the mock-salute at his question,            bright smile never once dropping            from his face. He pauses for a brief            second to choose what to introduce            himself as -- Twelve is too weird --            before settling for his alias.

          And he takes the chocolate, popping the piece           into his mouth and taking the time to eat it           all before speaking again.

"Cooking class?" a slight frown becomes visible on her features. Sure she know that her cooking is horrible, but it’s not like she actually have the money and time for a cooking class.

          "Yeah, you could find some online, I bet.            Then you can learn how to cook -- and            you can make us curry every night."

           He shrugs and takes a step back, allowing            her to clean up on her own. Though Twelve            doesn't need her to prove anything to him,            he won't get in the way of her trying; he            knows how cold Nine can be. Words of            comfort are sent her way, nonetheless.

Like she didn’t know that?

“Pancakes…" she avoids his gaze, looking at the other side of the room.It’s a very simple dish, with a very simple ingredients. So why did he bring such a mess?

          "You should take cooking classes, Lisa."

           A soft laugh escapes previously pursed            lips, and he moves further into the kitchen            to begin clearing up.

Twelve x Lisa Moments.

          "Nine isn't going to be very happy when he sees this mess."

           Not that he particularly minds; he just hopes something            edible came out of it.

☆ — “I lost my eye in an accident and had to get a glass one. The only problem is it looks a little scary, which is why it’s covered up!” he offered a warm smile, it was much easier to lie once you’ve repeated it enough times.

          "A glass eye? That's pretty cool!"

           He offers a beam in return, proving            that the compliment really was genuine.
