Hey do any of you ever think about the fact that andrias, by her own account, was 'the best friend marcy made in newtopia'. Cause idk I keep thinking of Marcy's betrayal scene, and obviously she was devastated about losing her childhood friends - but also andrias had just proved that he wasnt a friend to her either. Marcy talks about struggling to make friends in her journal so this would be a big deal to her anyway, but it's not just that- she's also in an entirely new world and completely cut off from everyone she's ever known. Losing all three of her closest connections in one fell swoop... i'm just stuck on how awful it must have felt, to know that in that moment you have nowhere to go and no one to help you.
