Come down and see Sara who has been 3D Printed in titanium by CSIRO: Titanium Technologies. Keeping up with their usual change the world reputation, the CSIRO aim to stimulate Australia's titanium industry and preserve it for years to come. With the first printer in the southern hemisphere capable of producing Sara's futuristic form in titanium the collaboration was a perfect fit. Sara was created as an exploration into wearable sculpture and the impact of 3D printing on the future of contemporary jewellery.

The stranger the request the better!

Ana explores the intersection between tradition and innovation. Modelled in CAD software using tools similar to clay moulding she was then 3D printed with leading innovative technologies. Ana's shape is a delicate twist only achievable through additive manufacturing. Through extensive prototyping the perfect balance of form is achieved to create a piece of wearable sculpture.
