5 years ago today was the scariest day of my life having open heart surgery to correct an Anomalous Right Coronary Artery. While sifting through photos I found this one of me just moments after the surgery and a Facebook post I made a few days later, making a promise to myself to play high level basketball again. Later that year I was given a scholarship to play prep basketball in North Carolina.
