Im a very able bodied person and adapting to i guess the disability that pregnancy gives you is....so hard... like i was very fast I lift weights I eat plant based like all this and my pcp is always like youre so healthy ☺️☺️ anyway i got pregnant had to start eating meat couldnt lift anymore slowed down little by little and now literally walking to my car is like daunting. If i sit on the floor I cannot get up, I cant bend down, I cannot tolerate any kind of weather above 70 degrees. I drink so much water that I was told Im electrolyte deficient! I was like ok cool. I am so tired literally cannot stand or walk for more than 5 or something minutes I have to sit down and recover for twice the time i was active. This is hell!!! Baby is healthy as can be though so good for her

So nobody was gonna tell me that like the last month of pregnancy is quite literally the worst month of all of them combined
