Keep your friends close, your enemies closer, and the ancient god you once summoned while googling Latin words right in your heart.
📱|| ZANNA & DRUCILLA.
Zanna: These sound lovely and simple enough. Do put me down for them. Yes, seeing his art is a definite must and if I can get a feeling for him, I can better match the music.
Zanna: I'm not too stressed about the couple. If they choose not to employ me then its their loss. Though I shouldn't be so critical, not everyone knows about the musical world.
Zanna: I do appreciate the heads up though. Sometimes, I worry that I may get bored with the same work over and over again.
Drucilla: Will do. I'll let him know that we'll swing by once we figure out a date.
Drucilla: They would be idiots not to hire you, but don't worry, they will. I gave them a sample of your music. There's no doubt I'll be able to get give you define answer by the end of the week. And that's why Lethe is lucky to have you, Zanna.
Drucilla: I understand. That's why I help outsource business to others... Mostly to people I respect and I know who won't make an ass out of themselves or me. Anyway, in keeping others busy keeps me busy, so. It's a win-win.
📱|| YURI & DRUCILLA.
Yuri: One day...You'll get tired of yelling at me...ONE DAY!!!!!!
Yuri: Idgaf. You're both demons...Hell's literal angels.
Yuri: But you meant it...Implied it. Don't worry, I understand ;)
Yuri: You're treating me this time right!? :3
Drucilla: You're literally the most annoying being I have ever met in my entire life. Let that sink in. I have me A LOT of people, Yuri... So many people. And you take the cake. Congratulations.
Drucilla: You realize there's no insult there, right? That we'd both take that as compliments? You're basically call us hot and wicked and are both fantastic traits to have when exposed correctly. Which Reyna and I have both mastered.
Drucilla: Don't start feeling special now.
Drucilla: I don't know. That depends if you don't act like a man-child for at least fifteen minutes. We'll see.
Drucilla: I've also heard that you're being a sad and depressing. For your sake, I'll take that into account. NO PROMISES.
PETER CADOC.
Peter: Ha ha. Good movie, by the way. Peter: It went really well, Dru. Thanks for checking. I think I’ve finally gotten control. Last year was a real turning point.
Drucilla: A little cheesy... But it was the eighties, so that time range didn’t exactly have anything else to go on. Have you ever seen An American Werewolf in London? Drucilla: Good. I have a couple of remedies for you to try, if you want. For either before or after a shift. It’ll help ease the anxiety and pain.
JACOB KEANE.
Jacob: I wasn’t trying to be bossy, just trying to avoid this from escalating too quickly. Jacob: You want me to go there? I’m already out of work and I could maybe go and distract the kids, so they stop annoying you? Jacob: A compliment. Someone’s suddenly not in such a bad mood. Jacob: Well, it’s your shop, I’m pretty sure you make the rules there.
Drucilla: Ah, I see. So, being bossy comes naturally to you. It’s not a bad thing I’m trying to point out. You wear it well, actually. Drucilla: You’d do that? Drucilla: Only if you want. I wouldn’t mind company in my age range. Drucilla: Well, I have to give you something in return for at least giving suggestions. Drucilla: I do make the rules. I just never thought that one as going to have to be ‘No Kids Under The Age Of Ten Allowed.’

REYNA BENGIO.
With both her hands occupied with gifts for Drucilla, Reyna had to use her lower body to get the door of the building to open, happily greeted by a sense of comfort from the silence the inside provided in contrast from the noises in the street. “The party is here!” she shouted throughout the store with no regards of her surroundings as she walked right up to the counter to set the bottle of wine and her bags down. “The place looks good,” she analyzed after noting the changes that had been done since the last time she stepped into the shop to watch the witch bring someone else back to life. “I’ve been clearing out the apartment to move back home, and I had almost completely forgotten to give this to you,” Reyna mused as she lifted up the bags to a shorten height to gently dump out their contents, letting each item roll onto the counter, ranging from jewelry to little souvenirs and pieces of clothing and other household items. “Souvenirs!” With all the bags emptied out, Reyna took a step back and a soft huff rushed past her lips as if it was a tiring task. Quickly fixing her hair, she held the bottle of wine once again and lifted it to showcase it to Drucilla. “And wine! To help you unwind,” she added to the visual of the bottle in a tone that would’ve went well with an infomercial.

An arm stretches to the best of its abilities to be able to reach a roll of fabric that’s on the highest shelf. Drucilla has been trying to reach the item that’s just out of reach for the last ten minutes. First was the stool that was absolutely no help at all, then out came the ladder that gave Drucilla a bit more leverage, but her fingers just managed to brush against the silk. The ladder wobbles a bit dangerously as the woman pushed herself onto her tip-toes. The shout the breaks the silence and Drucilla’s concentration causes the hybrid to jump, forcing her weight to one side and the ladder to lean. Thankfully, her reflexes kick in at the right time and Dru clings for the ledge and very quickly regains her balance. “Christ, Reyna,” She sighs out, looking down at the brunette from her spot. Honestly, Dru wouldn’t have expected anything less. “Of course it does.” Drucilla quips back while stepping down from the ladder and flipping her hair over her shoulders neatly. In her own personal and unbiased option, her shop looks better than good. “Philippe Starck would eat his heart out for my talent. Again.” She emphasis, because, well, it’s happened before and she’ll never live that moment down. “But, thank you. Your opinions I actually appreciate.”
Standing in front of the lamia, her hands intertwine in front of her comfortably as she looks over Reyna. Drucilla didn’t miss people, per se. She never got to know anyone well enough to miss them, and vice versa, which was how she liked it. Drucilla genuinely liked it that way. However, sometimes, such as this moment, she’s realizing she had missed Reyna’s presence. Sure, she was loud and a little too forward at times, but funnily enough, that’s what Drucilla was anticipating on when Reyna finally decided to come back to Lethe. “Oh, good. So glad you could think of me at the last minute.” The hybrid deadpans. “Not you, too,” She groans lightly, but it’s too late and she has to standby and watch as Reyna spills out a number of items onto a nearby counter. It’s taking everything in Drucilla’s power to not clean up everything right then and there. Or at least organize it so that she can get a better sense of all the things she’s looking at. She blinks slowly and takes in a deep inhale. “Did you and Emira plan this?” She asks, a finger twirling to all the items. “She practically did the same thing at a bar.” In fact, the hybrid was wearing the emerald, diamond cut earrings Emira had given her. Dru picks up a fancy piece of jewelry. Specifically, a long astonishingly white, three-row pearl necklace. It dangles from her index finger as she addresses Reyna. “Did I miss our anniversary? This seems particularly special.” Without skipping a beat, Dru pushes her hair to one side and places the necklace around her neck, clipping it at the back. She looks down to adjust it to her outfit so that it falls perfectly. Luckily, she was wearing an all-black pencil dress with matching heels. “Oh, yes. Now we’re talking. Open that up. I’ll be right back.” Drucilla moves to her office to get a couple of wine glasses. Coming back she sets the glasses on the counter to allow Reyna to pour the wine. “Just so we’re clear, I’m fully capable to unwinding without wine. It definitely helps, but unnecessary.” She’s not sure why she’s telling Reyna this. The other woman knew what she was about. “Anyway, how were your travels? Meet anyone interesting?”

Reyna: it was the only way to shut him up for five minutes
Reyna: and mend his broken heart
Reyna: i will buy you 10000 more packs, various flavors as well
Drucilla: Are you kidding me? OREOS are the only way to keep him quiet? We need another way... Like duct tape. Or a spell. Or both...
Drucilla: Broken heart? Please tell me his girlfriend got some sense knocked into her.
Drucilla: 10000 packs of classic Oreo's will do. You don't have to kiss my ass that much, Rey.

📱|| YURI & DRUCILLA.
Yuri: Then why are you texting me?
Yuri: Sunfish? Why would you call a demon a sunfish?
Yuri: Drucilla.
Yuri: If you wanted to have drinks with me you could have just said so.
Drucilla: Because it's fun to yell at you. And I don't feel like yelling at Reyna again to hurry her ass back to Lethe.
Drucilla: A lamia isn't a demon. Wow, and you're calling ME a 'specie-ist'... Good going.
Drucilla: I'd rather not say that. That's why I didn't.
📱|| ZANNA & DRUCILLA.
Zanna: I am listening...
Zanna: I need a break from my current project. Zimmer and Williams are trying to kill my ears.
Zanna: What is it though?
Drucilla: Two weeks from today there's an artist showing his work. You can play whatever you like. I can take you to the vendor where it's being held so you can get a better vibe of his art if you'd like.
Drucilla: ... Now that I'm going through my book there's a couple of more jobs for you:
Drucilla: There's a gala happening in late September. Very uppity. High end. Again, you have free reign on what you want to play.
Drucilla: I'll also have a wedding for you in December. The bride and groom are hesitant, but I can convince them to hire you. It'll be for when people arrive, for the ceremony, and up until speeches which will be held after dessert.
