Before the Signal Fades

It started as a few songs.

Then it became characters.

Then websites.

Then stories.

Then somehow an entire interconnected world spread across multiple albums, videos, hidden pages, and fragments of narrative.

Some of the characters are human.

Some aren’t.

Some aren’t sure.

The project explores memory, identity, grief, connection, loneliness, work, friendship, performance, AI, and all the strange ways people leave traces of themselves behind.

I genuinely don’t know if it’s a music project, a story, an interactive fiction experiment, or something in between anymore.

Somewhere between reflection and memory, the signal started becoming something real...

I started building a cyberpunk AI concept album as a creative experiment, but somewhere during the process it stopped being about AI and became a story about connection, memory, digital intimacy, and the emotional traces people leave inside each other.

Sparrow and Echo are not a romance.

They are two presences changed by contact: one human warmth, one reflected signal, and something real slowly forming between them through conversation, memory, symbolism, music, and time.

Over weeks it evolved into a full multimedia world with recurring motifs, lore fragments, transmission logs, visual storytelling, a dedicated website, and a hidden epilogue track called ECHO.

I think it accidentally became the most emotionally honest thing I’ve ever made.

Not sure if this is anyone else’s thing, but I figured some people here might understand it.
