I've been writing lyrics

But I don’t know how to make the music happen outside my head. I can’t play an instrument and I’m trying to learn banjo but every time I pick it up I have to spend the whole time doing the special anti-anxiety-breathing-exercises to avoid having a panic attack and getting absorbed into the whirlpool of self-doubt.

If there is anyone out there interested in collaborating or trying to assist with this in any way, hit me up.

My favourite music is upbeat melodies with harsh realities, and I’ve got the harsh realities pourin outta me in ryhmes.
