Mine does suffer from stress-related paranoia and hallucinations, which I would say is a headcanon that isn't really related to the other disorders I've given him, but aligns with BPD symptoms, along with his fluctuating levels of self-worth, feeling empty (though much of that would be related to his depression, though I know that depression is often co-morbid with BPD), and anger issues - although mine has quite a good control with his anger and tends to hold it back pretty well, but when pushed too far, he does get extremely violent... looking back at Genji, who lost most of his body when they fought and very nearly died. for BPD Hanzo; the "higher" parts of his mood swings would lead to his more proud and brash parts of his personality - think Overwatch 1 Hanzo in terms of characterization and voicelines, and his voice acting direction in general in the original game. Overwatch 1 Hanzo would do well in basing a "BPD Hanzo" muse off of - while a mood swing going "down" would enforce his depression and his lack of self-worth, especially in seeing how he feels he deserves to die or suffer for killing Genji. it could be argued that Hanzo wanting to be a "lone wolf" and his disdain for relying on others or forming relationships is a way for him to cope with and avoid getting too attached, and eventually (or so he fears) hurt by the loss or fracturing of said relationship, which would be especially important to him because of his lack of emotional support in his youth and his upheaval of his relationship with Genji, on the night they fought. His childhood, being so traumatic and definitely not supportive of good development of a child and their mental wellbeing, would also match with later diagnoses of BPD and other mental issues.
