My mom got me a display case for my birthday. I'm finally able to display some of my stuff.

I still have a lot more stuck in my closet but im too lazy to grab those out and keep fidgeting with this XP.

uhhhh. Well I do draw a lot for my friends. Often as a semi gift or repayment. On occasion they will actually commission me for stuff.

Drift in particular has known me since Pre-school and is one of the closest people to me lol

That being said, Most of the time I spoil them since they spoil me offline relentlessly and I treasure them

They do have plenty of Socials, but they don't post often. They're a very anxious baby and I am officially showing them off for this question hehehehehe.

but their Tumblr is @driftfall which I have tagged more than once and their other socials can be found tied with mine on occasion. Like on artfight I refer to them as well lol. I even tagged them on youtube for Wicks Ad Read and Poor Wick animatic's.

Wick is a fox made up of candle wax, who originally would've melted just having close contact with fire. I forgot what lore I came up with originally for why he did this (I'll have to come up with new lore, lol), but he ended up making some sort of deal with the devil so that he would no longer fully melt (He'll still semi-melt a little bit when his emotions are on the extreme side of the spectrum), and he can control fire, however, he'd have to work for ths devil in return.

So Wick secretly works at the casino (he's kept this a secret from any/every person he knows/is friends with outside of the casino) as a card dealer, where he also keeps an ear out and collects valuable info from anyone sitting at, or around, his card table, for the devil. Sometimes he'll be on stage with the band playing his saxophone, however.

Other times, he's working at Porkrind's Emporium as a cashier. When he isn't working, he'll sometimes, if not most of the time, be hanging out with the cup brothers in whatever shenanigans they're getting up to.

Also, as for the animatics and such Gears has given me, those were both originally joke suggestions from me when they wanted to do something, but was unsure what. It very quickly became a reality when I came home and saw them working on it, lol.

I appreciate/treasure both animatics so much that there aren't any words I can think of to describe how happy I am about them <333

Also, on occasion, I have drawn for Gears and would like go draw more for Gears, but again, I've been struggling heavily with my art for a while qwp Sometimes I can, and it's great when I can, but most of the time, I have heavy artblock that I struggle to get out of, no matter how much I try, which leads to months of nothing being drawn qwp

'Poor Wick' a Storyboard Animatic ^^

I love absolutely EVERYTHING about this and what I talked about regarding writing her with nuance they manage to hit every nail dead-on. For starters this characterization doesn't excuse her abusiveness, nothing should. A character who is fundementally abusive and awful to their partner or in general anyone has no true excuse for their actions because at the end of the day they always have the option to leave them be but choose not to and instead resort to abuse. This however doesn't excuse her actions but instead EXPLAINS them which is a giant difference.

This characterization allows people to understand why kitty is the way she is without ever trying to pass off her actions, especially on some basises like "well Felix gets away with more"—this doesn't free Felix from blame and in fact possibly even puts him to blame more because we get to see kitty's perspective and understands her anger with him yet that STILL doesn't justify what she does, we just understand it now and we can empathize a bit. This allows for character development in two different ways where she could get better and overcome her own issues, or stay in her narcissistic ways and never admit fault, no matter what though these options show that this type of characterization isn't just flat, has depth, and has some nuance too it. This is some of the absolute BEST ways to keep a character's canon negative traits yet without that inherently troubled source of said traits (mysongy and sexism) allows for Kitty to be so much more
