I was only 9 years old.

I loved Rebecca Chambers so much, I had all the merchandise and movies.

I pray to Rebecca every night, thanking him for the life I’ve been given. “Rebecca is love” I say, “Rebecca is life."

My dad hears me and calls me a [slur]. I knew he was just jealous of my devotion to Rebecca Chambers.

I called him a [swear word].

He hits me and sends me to sleep.

I'm crying now and my face hurts.

I lay in bed, really cold. I feel something warm...

It's Rebecca! I was so happy.

She whispers in my ear "I’m Rebecca!"

She grabs me with her human hands, and turns my head so that I face her. I'm ready.

I show her the injuries on my face.

She starts bombarding me with first aid spray.

It hurts so much, but I do it for Rebecca. I’m coughing so much, and my eyes are watering.

I’ll withstand the pain for Rebecca.

She gives me a big thumbs up after she finishes treating me.

My dad walks in.

Rebecca looks him straight in the eye and says,

"These residents are no longer evil."

Rebecca leaves through my window.
