It's been a while and I've been in an outfit rut.

I wore this outfit to work today, January 28, because I am always in the Halloween mood. Also, ignoring my hair and makeup (I’m not well), how cute is this outfit!?

Already had one wedding to attend for the new year. It was a very beautiful ceremony. The wedding was back in my hometown and I forgot jewelry and some sort of sleeves so I had to borrow things from my mom’s closet. This was the first of (at least) three weddings for the year. 

I added some purple, pink, and orange to my hair. You can kind of see it in the close up picture but not really. I promise it looks cool IRL.

Bought this skirt from Modcloth on Black Friday and it is the PERFECT length. Also bought it in yellow and will probably buy it in more colors. Also, I think I’ve raved about Stila liquid lipstick before but this stuff is GREAT. I ate Chinese food today (wonton soup, rice, General Tso’s chicken) and it stayed on through all of it.

Back at the beginning of October I went to see a friend live out her dream as Tracy in Hairspray. She did great and I looked cute.

This is from MONTHS ago. I’m just getting around to posting it. Whoops. I love this dress but it is really too short. I’ve come to terms with that.

This year I went as a pin-up Aunt Fester as originally drawn for Halloween 2014 by Lar Desouza (@lartist on Twitter).  This costume did require a bald cap.
