Today I had a rare weekday midday gym session 💪 I usually hit the gym at night, and with my work that means it’s usually quite a late night session. I was lucky enough today to have a few precious hours in the middle of the day that suddenly became available. So it was a choice between a power nap (very tempting), or lifting heavy shit. THANK YOU 🙏🏻 For almost two months I’ve not posted any work related content. I do not own any personal social media platforms, and whilst my work platforms are primarily for just that, work, occasionally I do post personal content. So I want to take this moment to thank everyone that has supported myself and my family during recent times. 🙏🏻 I (and many family members) have read all the messages of support posted across our social media platforms...it has meant so much to all of us and helped tremendously. 🙏🏻 Yes, I’m a Plastic Surgeon, but I’m first and foremost just a simple human - I experience all the good and bad stuff that each and every one of us go through at various times in our life. Mum, Michelle and I 🙏🏻 The earliest photo I have of my late sister Michelle and I together. With both my hands I’m supporting her by holding her right hand. It occurred to me the other day whilst looking at this pic that this is exactly what I was doing as she took her last few breathes - holding her right hand with both my hands.
