i will say there’s a range of normal for periods but everyone’s experience is still different & we all feel varying ways about it. i don’t get cramps usually & i don’t have a heavy flow so i don’t relate to a lot of the usual conversations surrounding periods. like i lowkey feel left out sometimes but i understand that it’s not a great thing. i guess i’m lucky here but i still want us to have better healthcare bc that’s the root of the problem: women & gender minorities not getting the best healthcare, not being as well researched, and not being as well cared for in general. a lot of u ladies have undiagnosed endo i fear. also the sanitary products having unsafe chemicals in it during a time (period) when ur cervix is slightly more open,,, making that shit seep into women’s bodies, causing them more (or causing in general) intense period cramps. u need to be very woo woo about the period products u use please. they out here not giving a fuck about ur pain. they think it’s biblical punishment. they can stfu
