✧ LOVE ISLAND CASTING CALL - SIMS 4 STYLE ✧

Summer’s almost over so I figured why not have some more summer fun before it’s fall!?

This will be based off of the reality show Love Island! I just started watching the US season 2 and I am in love! This season will be hosted in Sulani right on the beach where the villa is located. So, WELCOME ISLANDERS! (more below the cut)

I’m not gonna be bullied and be called a “copier”

I talked to @thesimstersstories or whatever tf their name is bc they blocked me now 💀 and I apologized but they were rude and defensive and made a post about me before they decided to reach out to me. Obviously if you make a post saying someone copied you and that you’re hurt etc your community is gonna want to know who you’re talking about. All they had to do was search up “ts4 love island” and there our posts are so obviously they would look at my tumblr and figure they’re talking about me since I’m the only other tumblr doing a love island challenge right now.

They felt that I copied everything they did. That’s just not true at all. Where there were a lot of similarities I realize, I didn’t go and copy & paste their shit. That’s childish. People had been reaching out to me and sending me hate along with commenting rude things under my post which is just uncalled for. It’s a tv show…you can’t copy a tv show. If so, love island might reach out to them and say copyright alert 💀

I think they should’ve handled the matter privately and kept it at that. I didn’t wanna make anything public but it’s reached this point and they feel the need to express that they “take back” what they said about everything being okay and to move on positively. This is all super petty.

If they wanna be toxic and bullies that just shows you what kind of girls they are. I was straight up with them, I apologized if I offended or hurt them in any way, and I wished them the best and good luck and because people are messaging me or commenting on my posts saying I did nothing wrong that means I’m “sending people for them” - no, just no.

Letting her go was the hardest thing I had ever done.

simblr is a community which revolves around the sharing and “consuming” of other ppls content. And, as a community which has constant new content being shared, it’s extremely important to “consume” this content, especially in more literal representations such as likes, reblogs etc. A community can not survive on just content being produced alone, but in hand with engaging with others content.
