Someday Everything Will Make Perfect Sense

Don't let the turmoil outside, mess with your inner peace.

Every person I meet is a poem. 

You write yourself in a way that makes sense to you. People understand you in a way that makes sense to them.

Because that is how I am,

I will show you sunshine and introduce you to rain.

And when you can't see the rainbow,

You will start to complain.

You will say you wouldn't,

You will feel like you couldn't,

You will think that you shouldn’t,

I will pull you close, you will have my heart,

But you can't control your your brain.

You will start to wonder why I dazzle to everyone out there,

While you see the part where push myself to pain.

I'm hanging by a thread,

There's a storm inside my head,

Darling when it takes over yours,

I would do the same.

I will hold you tighter,

When you think you're going insane.

I’m here I’m calling,

Screaming out your name,

My voice is screeching to declare,

Just to keep you safe.

I’m a mess for sure,

So unless you're sure,

Unless you know how to welcome a sunset,

Don't enter this lane.

The sparkle stays, it's beautiful,

And that's the only part you get,

If you think that's an asset,

it's just a silhouette,

However, this needs to be said,

The sun will rise again.

You know how sometimes, it’s really important to have some time alone for yourself. I’m talking about that part of the day when you just need to be by yourself and allow yourself to breathe. I was home alone this evening and and it was raining outside. I made myself some coffee, put my phone away and sat in my balcony which overlooks some flower fields.
