So Iāve been going in and out of depression for years, and in that time Iāve apparently been internalizing all my stress and storing them for later⦠well later happen and I had a panic attack so bad it paralyzed my entire body and I ended up being rushed to the ER. Now Iām super jumpy, and constantly going in and out of mini panic attacks over everything. I can hardly walk without the world spinning in circles. Long story short PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELFS! šš when your feeling Burt Out STOP take a break!
One of the things that Iāve been recommended to do was to write down a list of all of my Major ļæ¼stressors and check them off as I go through them and take care of them. ļæ¼so hereās my tester run of one. āāāāāā I am officially non-binary, all may address me with They-Them pronouns. šš¤šš¤
now to figure out how to deal with the rest of my stressors..
