Dear friends of Skylight,

We wanted to let you know that we’ll be opening late on Saturday, January 21, to allow our staff to attend Women’s March Los Angeles.

Our hours this Saturday will be 2:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

We’re terribly sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We know that you, our wonderful customers, rely on us to be there when you need us, and Saturday mornings are usually a very busy time here at the store. But in this case, it was so important to our booksellers that they be able to participate in this historic, nationwide show of support for women’s rights (and human rights) that we’ve decided, on this occasion, to allow all our staff the morning off. 

We hope that you can stop by after 2:30 so we can help you find the book you’re looking for (or the book you don’t know you’re looking for until you find it).
