it is exactly how it sounds. get up and move. remember the goals you've had and said you'd strive for? it's been postponed time and time again because you've been putting yourself on the backburner. it's time to stop. you've gotten no meaningful return by putting others first because look at where you're at now... wondering why you haven't reached your goal yet, why you feel "behind", the fear that you're going to be stuck in this same position for a long time.

you can change that. you know? i am here to tell you that it will never be too late to put yourself first. you matter. everyone in your life matters, we know that. but who's life is this? it's yours. you're putting everyone else first when they're not doing the same for you. why? because they have their own life to live. you need to do the same.

don't feel bad about it either. there is enough love to go around for as long as you are filled with it. but baby, that love needs to be given to yourself more than ever.
