Dylan O’Brien Is Adorably Unaware Of His Tumblr Stardom

Dylan O’Brien is consistently one of the most popular celebrities on Tumblr, but he’s no idea how or why, and neither do his ‘Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials’ co-stars.

“How is that possible?” says Dylan in our exclusive interview below when we told him about his Tumblr fandom.

“Why? How? I’ve no idea why!”

Ki Hong Lee, who plays Minho in ‘Scorch Trials’, is aware of dylanobrienshands.tumblr.com a blog dedicated to Dylan’s hands as was co-star Thomas Brodie Sangster, but neither was quite sure what was behind his popularity.

Bless poor Kaya Scodelario though, she had no clue what Tumblr was but was willing to formulate a rather bonkers theory for his popularity.

“I’m not quite sure what Tumblr is!” admits the actress who plays Teresa.

“I’ve heard that word a lot. Erm, maybe he… invented it?”

We’ll let O’Brien have the final word.

“Is that true? So what does that…? That cracks me up. That’s crazy, I have no idea why.”

Darkness within. Darkness without. The silence is murder that drowns out the shouts Can anyone hear me? Is anyone there? Impossible to see light when there's darkness everywhere. Spent so long, Alone in the dark Had no choice But to hide my heart Then out of no where, As if in a dream, Came the brightest light That ever I've seen Everything was brighter Including the dark And no longer did I have a reason To hide away my heart I see the light though the darkness persists But no longer will I try to resist I'm no longer afraid The dark does not scare Will never again as long as you're there
