When @shereshe shared her favorite noodle recipe (which happens to be one of my favorites too), I had to make these noodles in peanut sauce. Sauce - peanut butter, soy sauce (kecap manis here), sambal, rice vinegar/lime juice, a bit of sugar, some freshly grated garlic + ginger, finely slices cilantro stalks.
