RULES

GENERAL. You know the drill: don’t be a dick. Don’t be pushy. Don’t talk shit. Don’t be a creep. Your basic set of rules. I’m pretty easy until I’m not. I have a full time job and in general a whole ass life outside Tumblr, so I may not always be active. I’m here when I can be, but that’s all I can promise. I’m also autistic, so please be direct with me: say what you mean, mean what you say. I don’t do vague blogging and seeing it on my dash might result in getting blocked. ALSO ALSO I have recently been diagnosed with a heart condition that will occasionally nuke my ability to write. The meds for it don't help, either.

FOLLOWING. I am very liberal with the follow button, honestly. I love making new friends and finding new partners, so there’s very little you can do to keep me from following. That being said, I won’t write with blogs that have characters from Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss. I know jack shit about said shows but the humor and art style irritate me to no end, so there’s no point in having it on my dash. Also, if you are under 18, I will not write with you. This is for my own protection. I tend to avoid drama and callouts, so excessive posting of either will probably have me exit, pursued by bear.

WRITING. I don't have any preference for writing styles. All I ask is that I can actually read your reply, and they have some effort. I tend to get long winded on a good day, so I don’t expect lengths to match all the time, but if I’ve written three paragraphs and the reply is a single line, it kinda puts a damper on things, you know?

PLOTTING. If its in my wanted plots tag, its free game. Invade my ask. My IMs. Throw a rock at my head. I am very open to most things, and its easier for me to have a plot or an idea of where the characters are going vs. trying to think of a reply to ask memes, you feel me?

MAINS & EXCLUSIVES. I’m old. I don’t know the fuck these mean nor do I know the difference. Closest to it I have is for everyone to know that if Motley writes the character and have been for a long time, they’re probably the only version of said character I’ll write with (for example, I will only write with their Captain Rex or Alfred Pennyworth.)

SHIPPING. Unless the muse in question isn’t shippable, I am a whore for shipping. However, I’m a dumbass, so if you’re wanting to ship, please approach me first before sending in a meme. My brain will give up and I won’t respond to it because I have no frame of reference for how the character should respond.

TRIGGERS. Triggers will be present on this blog just due to the nature of muses I’m drawn to, but they will be tagged as either “ tw ___ “ or “ ___ tw.” If you have an uncommon trigger, message me about it, and I’ll accommodate. No judgment here, I promise :) As for my own triggers: sexual assault, incest, dead moms (especially in March), mentions of strokes, and eyes/eye trauma (ommetaphobia.)

ABOUT. If you’ve made it this far, hi! I’m Gabriel, or just Gabby or Gabe. I’m 27, happily engaged, and your local I.T. professional. I’m very easy about most things, these rules are just harshly worded because, as previously stated, I’m old and I’ve been a part of the rp scene for a decade and a half. I’ve had a long time to figure out what bothers me and what I’m willing to put up with.
