“Belle, i’ve missed you too, how are you blah blah all those pleasantries.” Normally Leni wouldn’t actually sit down when she met up with Benji’s ex wife to exchange children but a) she was pregnant and tired, and b) hearing the blonde’s comment to the person on the adjoining table she couldn’t help but muscle her way in just to cause a stir. “I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to spend your night watching the kids while Benji and I go out, don’t you enjoy the sight of him finally happy?”

Turning away from the approaching figure, Belle rolled her eyes screwing up her face in a way that demonstrated exactly how she felt talking to the other. She schooled her features into a casual grin as the pregnant girl sat down next to her. “Who said I didn’t? A single girls simple has to have some fun too. I like to think my dating life isn’t over yet.”

Zeke heard her words and shook his head, “there is that gala thing coming up. I mean I know it’s no like romantic gesture or anything but I happen to have two tickets.” He gave her a suggestive smile, he figured this was better than having to pick someone out of his what he liked to call roster or people. “If you wanted we could go to the gala. I even plan some huge romantic thing that you can rub in your ex’s face?”
