So, when I think about it, I should address this specific topic of DMS with someone called Puddie. And Buttons.
For the sake of presenting an accurate picture of the situation.
Out of the entire friend group, I'm the only person who was contacting Puddie and Buttons.

Fandom Etiquette vs Basic respect and decency:
if you are using Fandom Etiquette to justify basic respect, decency, and boundaries; you are a dickhead. Especially when you're hiding behind Fandom Etiquette to be transphobic, racist, sexist, etc. If you do so, you should have no place within fandom spaces which are homes for dozens of people of varying race, gender identity, sexual identity, religious differentiation, and so on. This "debate" sucks, you don't push back at all on any of the stuff you're being told OR even fact check what Puddie is saying. You even preface that it wasn't a debate but "clearing the air", is "clearing the air" letting puddie yap. If you're gonna do these interviews (cause this is what you ended up doing) you need to push back more. You push back more about Eveee than anything else.
