Fear Simulation by Iceshard1011 Canonverse (Gen) Rating: T The core four have each been dragged away into of cruel nightmare worlds that prey on their worst fears. It's up to the only two sides left unaffected to try to get them out... Notes: I love when weird things just happen because they live in someone's mind and minds are weird. Also love when Janus and Remus get to be big damned heroes.

Anxious to Touch by NikaylaSarae Canonverse (Prinxiety) Rating: G Virgil takes great comfort in the touch of his friends, but when spirally he projects his anxiety onto them. After an incident—a kiss—he commits to keeping his distance to avoid hurting them. Fortunately, Deceit isn't about to let him get away with that. (And he's not the only one determined to help.) Notes: A really interesting piece about emotional symbiosis in the mindscape.

Greatest Fears by JustUrAverageAngel Canonverse (Gen) Rating: T Panic attacks happen when Virgil's influence breaks free of his control to overwhelm the entire mindscape. After causing the first one since introducing himself, Virgil is terrified of what Thomas will think of him knowing that he was responsible. Notes: Hurt/comfort where Thomas gets to have some one-on-one with Virgil about the role he plays in his life.

Fears and Commonalities by Fangirlwriting Canonverse (Gen) Rating: G Virgil can sense when the other sides are afraid. Even Janus can't hide his fear, though he has learned to hide what he's afraid of. And as Janus begins involving himself more directly in Thomas's life Virgil feels his fears only grow. He can't handle not knowing why. Notes: A bittersweet character study with an ending that almost stings.

Looking Glass Self by HelloThere3306 Canonverse (Gen) Rating: T When Logan suggests a bonding activity to help the sides learn to work together, Remus volunteers by creating rooms based off of each o f the sides' worst fears. They're all understandably uneasy about participating. (Unfortunately Janus isn't really given a choice.) Notes: Janus and the terror of being perceived. (Mind the tags for other fears involved.)

what doen't kill you (doesn't help things) by Odaigahara Canonverse (Gen) Rating: T Patton wants so badly to get over his fear of spiders, for Virgil's sake. Logan tries to help Patton through trying to adjust his associations with spiders, but neither consider how Patton's tendency towards people-pleasing might effect the results. Notes: This is an uncomfortable story, and the ending it leaves on isn't a particularly happy one. But it's a very good story.

breathing and other rhythms that used to be easy by FearlessMayProceed Canonverse (Gen) Rating: T Virgil wakes up from a nightmare about harm coming to his former friends. Despite all his best efforts he knows he won't be able to settle his mind until he's checked in on them himself. Notes: Very soft despite the fears involved (and also one I find incredibly personally relatable).

(Series) What Makes Fear? by AndSceneButGreen Canonverse (Gen) Rating: NR When Virgil decides that Remus has gone too far in pestering Patton he retaliates by inflicting raw fear on Remus. Of course, without a reason, fear has to find its own cause...and Remus's mind is unfortunately willing to provide the very worst it can come up with. Notes: This one is pretty heavy, so mind the tags.

Whenever I draw the sides I have to figure out if I wanna draw them as the same guy with different hair/accessories or give them each a totally unique design, cause both ways are really fun. Went with the latter this time around!
