@dragonsinning wanted a starter !
‘’ …you’re sure you’re alright, sir meliodas? ‘’ her voice is soft, almost tentative in speaking, and her eyes refuse to meet his own. she doubts the reassurance he’d given prior — light frown gracing her features whilst fingers smooth over one of the few bandages that litter him, for what seems the nth time. watching meliodas fight holy knights that had once more crossed their path as they searched for the other sins set elizabeths nerves into a fray. words disjointed but plausibly worry filled are muttered as she looks him over, checking, making sure, repeatedly and seemingly compulsively.
“ Absolutely ! Never felt better, matter of fact. “
this was far from the whole truth, but meliodas wasn’t one to complain about his ailments, or even voice them. time heals all wounds, and especially was this the case for the captain, who’s been on death’s door more times then he could count at this point.
the pain wouldn’t stop his quest; or his fascination in her breasts, at which he stares.
“ but it never hurts to kiss it better. “
