Dragons and Beasties

Was cleaning and organizing the studio yesterday when I got to this probably 6 month's worth of scraps pile that's slowly grown on my desk. I was going to just chuck it but I cut it open and it was too neat not to make a dragon out of. Super mega tie dye scrap dragon!! He has bits of just about every dragon I've made this year.... I love him! Gonna sculpt the rest of the pile into little tie dye dudes!

Time lapse of a Scrap Dragon ( uses small bits of clay leftover from other projects two small for anything but a tiny simple dragon) This was me working at top speed to keep this short, I generally like to take my time and make sure everything is absolutely perfect on my dragons, but the Scrapdragons I make very simple and smaller than my usual dragons to offer a much more affordable option for people on a budget.
