INT. NEW JERSEY BAR - NIGHT

EDDIE BROCK, played by Tom Hardy, is sitting at the bar, devouring Buffalo wings smothered in gravy. He’s also gulping down a jug of Jack Daniel's. Eddie looks dazed and a little sloppy.

Suddenly, a BLUE SHIRT PANTS GUY takes a seat next to him. Eddie notices this and initiates a conversation, albeit with slurred words.

EDDIE (slurring) Hey there, buddy! You know, I'm kind of a big deal around these parts. They will call me the "Beer-Arthur." Wanna know why?

Blue Shirt Guy raises an eyebrow, intrigued by Eddie's intoxicated confidence.

BLUE SHIRT GUY (smirking) Sure… enlighten me.

Eddie signals the bartender with a wobbly hand gesture.

EDDIE (to bartender) Hey pal! Give me here 90 shots of Vodka!

Bartender gives Eddie and Blue Shirt Guy an incredulous look but starts preparing the shots anyway.

EDDIE (CONT'D) (convincingly) Watch and learn, my guy!

The bartender places 90 shots of Vodka on the bar in front of Eddie. He looks both impressed and concerned as he watches Eddie prepare himself for this challenge.

Eddie begins drinking each shot with remarkable precision and speed—one shot after another until all 90 are gone. Blue Shirt Guy's jaw drops in disbelief.

EXT. DESERTED STREET OUTSIDE THE BAR - NIGHT

Eddie walks out of the bar feeling invincible despite his drunkenness. Blue Shirt Guy follows him outside.

BLUE SHIRT GUY (amazed) That was incredible! How did you do it?

Eddie grins mischievously, teetering on his feet.

EDDIE (singing) It’s… a gooy situation, my guy.

Blue Shirt Guy looks at Eddie with confusion.

BLUE SHIRT GUY (puzzled) A "gooy" situation?

EDDIE (tipsy) Yeah! See, the secret to downing all those shots is simple. You gotta embrace the gooiness within you!

Blue Shirt Guy furrows his brow, still not understanding.

BLUE SHIRT GUY (skeptical) Gooiness? What are you talking about?

Eddie suddenly slips off-balance and almost falls over but quickly steadies himself.

EDDIE (laughs) Gooey, buddy! Like being relaxed and floaty inside. It helps you handle anything that comes your way, even 90 shots of Vodka!

Blue Shirt Guy chuckles and shakes his head in disbelief.

BLUE SHIRT GUY (admiringly) Well, Eddie Brock… your starting become a legend among drinkers in these parts. Thanks for sharing your nugget of wisdom!

Eddie winks and starts stumbling away from Blue Shirt Guy.

EDDIE (teasingly) Remember, dude, when life gets gooey… just embrace it!

Blue Shirt Guy watches Eddie walk away with a mix of admiration and amusement.
