My one animatic

The bioshock 1/animanics au is close to being done with the prewrite stage - which means i hope to begin posting it either this month or next month. I'm def hoping there's people looking forward to it.

I've also begun toying with a yax oneshot...it's a very sweet one, though i won't be revealing any details yet : )

It's going pretty well I think, but since i haven't posted a drawing in a while, going to go ahead and share this.

since i'm excited and kinda proud of this so far, the first bit of the animatic.

final is likely going to end up a lot longer and i'm going to add subtitlesa this time so i don't think a preview will hurt anticipation too much.

noticed too late i left a coloring error in, but this was a fast sketch i colored on a whim and i deleted the layers already so...guess it's staying 😭

the bioshock/animaniacs au fic is coming along...but wow, i did not predict how long it would be on account of borrowing from a video game plot, even with condensing some parts of the game down XD on ch 21, draft not yet uploaded, and 22 will likely come soon.

It's going to be a looong fic. on teneanbaum's bunker so still a little ways from bieng done...but getting there.

this and life stuff have been why there's been a lot of gaps in drawings. there will ofc be new drawings, but atm the fic's had my focus.

amateur animation is fun but...dang it takes so many drawings. i got kind of tired by the end lol.

Bioshock 1/animaniacs au - going very well, especially with a friend loving all the small bits I've been sharing with them. I think at this point I can say I'm a little more than halfway through prewriting it - currently up to 15 chapters. Likely soon to be 16 as I'm at almost 5,000 words, and a little over that is what i consider the sweet spot.

it's shaping up to be very angsty, which should make the happy ending even better. so heavy angst lovers will probly be happy when it actually starts getting posted.

Second Draft - probably going to focus on properly finishing it after i wrap up the bioschock au. as i've quickly learned writing a fic that's borrowing the plot of a video game runs a lot longer than my original plots do. So the Twilight Princess au i've mentioned here and there is likely to be another huge undertaking, so i might need a brief break via finishing Second Draft 😂

Possible future oneshots might include a Unwanted Fates one where that version of Yakko discovers he doesn't mind cross dressing that much. I've spoiled my main au with oneshots a lot, and chances are I will again. My other favorite child needs more entries.

Also a sidenote in regards to the 'Yakko is a dragon' aka 'Inner Flame' au I have... or had. Interest in it has dwindled a lot, so chances are i'll be scrapping the fic i meant to write for it. I was struggling with parts of it anyway. Not impossible i'll eventually pick it up again, but for now its being shelved.
