I don't understand how people view getting "old" as a bad thing. It's a privilege. Why are we so focused on how young we should look when we should be living?

I can't wait to see how I'll look and be like when I get older. It seems like a beautiful thing. Sure you might get wrinkles, but that's not a bad thing 😭 It just means that you were emotional at times and your body expressed it; whether it's happiness, sadness, anger, etc. We're human and it's okay.

And I think a lot of people feel like they have to put away "childish" hobbies and stuff when they get older, but you don't. If you genuinely love and are interested in something and it's not harming anyone, who fucking cares?

I also understand that there are insecurities, but there shouldn't be. We're pressured into them.
