This has two meanings, since it is inclusive to any intersex person that wants to use the term for personal reasons :

An ID for intersex people who don't have their variation visibly showing through their external body, as if it was baked into them. And only can be revealed once someone cuts a slice into the crust which is them (Checking chromosomes, variations that affect the genitals in ways that aren't very visible or only visible inside them, ect. It is whatever that means to the person), and feel a correlation between it and pies because of that, feeling it is important enough to mention for their identity through this term, or just simply just because.

Just an intersex flag related to pies, wether someone is generally intersex/intergender and piegender, or any other reason.

No wrong way to use this except for the fact it is exclusive to intersex beings.

A term made for a person who exclusively is only attracted to written text, written description, writing in general, or otherwise. This is separate from Fictosexuality as a whole (but may fit the umbrella, depending on the person) because it doesn't focus on the fictional aspect; someone can be attracted to real or fictional people, the only difference is that they're only attracted to them if they're written down. (Ex. would not be attracted to an IMAGE of a fictional or real person. But would be of text.), this yet again, can be for any attraction.

This can fit the objectum label if you want it to, it is flexible for a reason.

Poe-spec may be for people who aren't completely exclusively attracted to writing.
