so my partner got fired today (due to “overstaffing” at their place of work, which is bullshit. companies just don’t want to pay their employees.) next month will be the second month in a row that our bills add up to almost $1k exactly. because of that + us both being disabled & me still being denied disability assistance after a continued 8 years of applying & appealing & going to court hearings, i really need to focus on making new merchandise for my store since it’s my only form of income and we only have under $3k in total to our name which as you can imagine, only guarantees us security until september of this year.

i’ve survived near homelessness before so i’m sure i’ll survive it again, just wanted to give an update since i previously wanted to be coming back to writing very soon. hopefully ill still be able to but i have a lot of stuff i need to deal with before i can afford participating in hobbies.

Antennae shot up straight and tall in the air as the device he'd been tinkering with fell to the floor and fell apart into a small puddle of wires and metal casing. "INTRUDER!" He growled, pointing an accusing finger at GIR's 'friend'. "You have NO BUSINESS being here, you- eep-" In an instan Zim went from ready to attack to hastily retreating, scrambling to secure himself beside the sofa and peeking around it like a soldier trying to decide when it was safe to return from the trench. Sharp fingers gripped the arm like a cat sinking its claws into the rug to avoid being picked up.

"KEEP THAT DISGUSTING BRAINWASHING PROPAGANDA AWAY FROM ME!!!" He screamed, following up with an angry warning hiss. Evidently, Zim was not as keen on watching movies as Poochie. How stupid did she think he was? Those movies were property of the FBI, he'd seen their warning himself on that tape GIR kept renting- that horrific brainwashing tape that had conditioned his evil robot minion treacherous shouting 'hooray for earth!' each time it ended! Besides-

gir opened his mouth up as wide as he could, absolutely thrilled. it was sort of unclear whether he was smiling or about to start shouting, but it was probably both. he was definitely smiling, he just hadn't decided whether or not he was going to start screaming just yet. "I KNOWWW THIS ONEEEEEE" yep, there he goes yelling. gir happily accepted both the joycons and pro controller and promptly started up a game where he played three different colours of kirby at the same time. the controller was in his hands, and each of his little feet controlled a single joycon. he mashed at the joycons with his feet (please don't break them, gir!!!). the two 'foot' kirbies jumped around sporadically like round little fleas as he ran around with the controller and took turns smacking them off of the side of the map with the paper fan item.

( no.... thank YOU anon... that means a lot to me genuinely. zim is a character who i feel is Very Easy to mess up/flanderize and since i took a big ol like, man... 7 year break from my green guys im very insecure that i haven't been able to write them as well as i did before. especially zim...... (my gir is prob the most ic hes ever been ever since i began channeling my adhd and stopped worrying about being too 'lool random cringe xd' bc thats literally just gir lmao) so thank u so much and im always very honoured when people who dont even roleplay with me read my stuff and enjoys it so MWAH im giving you all of my love. zim is my silley little guy & important to me so this means literally so much to me ok )
