Unapologetically himself, William was the first person I met who truly believed they could change the world. He did change the world of everyone he met; so, was not wrong about that. I will never forget the moments I shared with him, and the light he shares with me. 

I always felt heard when I spoke with Will. If he didn’t understand something or where I was coming from, he would take the time to find how it related to his life. He understood that everything in some way or another was connected, and we could all get there to understand, if we thought hard enough about it. This was exhibited especially in his writing.  Thank you Will, for everything you taught me, for listening, and for telling me you loved me when we were hanging up the phone or parting ways. You will forever be in my thoughts and in my heart.
