Lately, life feels like it's slipping through my fingers, days melting into one another before I even get the chance to catch my breath. I wish I had more time for the things I once adored—painting, drawing, creating. Or maybe it’s not time that I lack but the passion I somehow misplaced along the way.

But if there’s one thing that has never faded, it’s my love for singing. Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much I’d love to sing with my boyfriend—he’s an amazing guitar player, and we’ve talked about making music together before. Maybe now is the time to finally bring that dream to life.

On another note, I finally started my fitness journey today. My best friend and I went to the gym, and honestly, it was terrifying at first—gyms have this way of making you feel like everyone’s watching. But with her by my side, it felt fun, even freeing. We had such a great workout, and I’m so proud of myself for taking this step. I want to keep going, not just for my body but for my mind too.

still, i picked out a cute outfit, something i liked, something that made me feel like me. no one else will care, but that's not why i do it.

i miss him. it hits me in the quiet moments, between lectures, when i have just enough time to think about it.

but today is also a fresh start. i'm beginning my wellness journey with a good friend, taking small steps toward feeling better, inside and out.
