I was feeling angry over the way that people who are close to me reacted toward me recently. Then I remembered a video of woman who said something along the lines if, if people decide to treat you in a less favorable way, let them. Let them say or act however they please. To decide to not have an opinion on the matter and to let it go is freeing. It's draining to always feel some type of way over the way people are. People are the way they are, and that is that.
