ofc!! a very helpful tip that I wish I'd learned sooner is the fact that the first 5 tags in a tumblr post are the most likely to pop up when you search them, and anything after that most likely won't show up/won't matter. so if you're making a post, make sure to put the most popular and relevant tags you know as the first 5 and the rest can be general just for extra reach. I usually use the same tags so that aspect doesn't really change, the only thing I try and change is my personal tag "only in ____(insert planet name)___" which I like to change depending on the vibe of the moodboard

some tips: - how you organize the icons matter just changing one icon around could make or break the mb. when I have an mb that I think is missing something but I cant think of what it is, rearranging everything is the first thing that I do. that's what I did with the chaewon mb I made for zia and the latest minji mb I made. those two took a little while to finish because of how much I was rearranging the layout

- explore color pallettes this is the main thing that I think has improved my mbs over time. usually in my mbs I try to incorporate some shade of pink, blue, yellow, green, or all. to vary my mbs however sometimes I'll find icons that match with the main icon exactly and add hints of one color to still give it a pastel touch. some icons have hidden palletes that aren't noticeable and mbs with icons that unexpectedly match are usually the ones to go viral. to find color pallettes from an image I use the website coloors and use the image picker to determine what color icons I need to find :)

- finding the right icons ik I said color pallettes but I take back what I said THIS is exactly what helped me. for the pastel aesthetic I tend to go for, finding icons where the idol is wearing white or has a white background is mostly ideal bc of the lack of restrictions when it comes to what colors can match (basically, anything can go with white!!). In general, while the icon doesn't always have to be solely white based, I think the best idol icons are the ones that are bright or clear (unless your'e going for a darker aesthetic). idrk how to explain what I mean by bright but examples of "bright" icons are usually idol airport icons, idol endorsement or modeling pictorials, or just high quality selcas

sorry if these tips aren't very helpful to be completely honest I usually just find cute pics I think look pretty than find an idol icon to match😭😭🫶🏾🫶🏾

heyyy and tysmm!! tbh I don't search anything up when looking for icons they usually just show up on my fyp and when I find good icons I just scroll down to the related pins. for good idol icons I just go to media wony and doiiseii on pinterest :)

omg TYSM!!! for my posters on pinterest I use the apps: pinterest, canva, phonto, lightroom, picsart, and prequel!!

I use canva and picsart to organize where I'm going to put the pictures in my posters (I sometimes use canva for fonts and picsart for some effects tho)

I use pinterest to find ideas for layouts, fonts, filters, stickers, and tutorials. I also use it to get the pictures I use in my posters.

phonto is where I get most of my fonts from (its where I apply fonts on my prints too) it's related to the dafont website (if you want a tuto on how to get dafont fonts I can make a seperate post if you want!!)

lightroom is what I use for filtering and coloring and also adding grain and texture to my posters. imo lightroom is the BEST app for grain and texture compared to other apps like picsart.

I literally only use prequel for one thing and thats using the threshold effect on it. There's this one threshold effect that they offer on the app that's the ONLY free effect that's worth trying. I use thresholds in a lot of my posters to make it look more complex than it actually is lmao.
