Some news story about how contemporary white people living in ~70% white neighborhoods have a higher quality of life than white people in the 1970s, who lived in 85+% white neighborhoods, which I guess is presumably newsworthy because we're supposed to be surprised that quality of life and having nonwhite neighbors isn't necessarily inversely correlated?
