He endured the chicken beak for ten seconds, before pulling it down and letting it dangle over his collarbone. It was Easter and he’s pretty sure that no one else was going around the village in ridiculous costumes. But he wasn’t good at saying ‘no’ to Hinata. Nobody was. 

Beaming happily, she clasped her hands together in delight. ' ---wonderful! Mm, maybe that would be good... Do you think we should buy snacks..? Or would Kurenai-sensai disapprove..? '

SHE’S UP from her spot in a swift motion, letting out a frustrated huff as she dusts off her clothes. Ino stares up at the other, a fierce scowl set upon her features. Kiba better had have a damn good explanation or she was going to give him hell. 

❝ Nothing broken. Was I supposed to go flying like that ?? ❞ 

It’s understandable that she’s pissed off, but does she have to screech like that. It’s not like he did that on purpose, fuck’s sake. Kiba leans against Akamaru, one arm slung over the canine’s neck and a flippant grin carved into his face. 

SHE LET’S out a small whimper, eyes shut tightly as though it would have prevented the prior impact all together. Her eyes flicker open, a scowl forming as she notices the proximity between them. ❝ I will be as soon as you get off me. ❞

All she does is offer him a shrug. “I don’t eat in a lot.” Nor does she ever have animals in her apartment, which is pristine, thank you, and now that Akamaru’s in here there’s going to be hair. everywhere. “I hope you have a decent vacuum, since you brought him in here.”

Nudging Akamaru off, Kiba steps away from the fridge and juggles an armful of food that basically doesn’t belong to him. Fine print, who cares. He swallows the rest of the ham and drops everything on the counter. Semi-gently, because he doesn’t want to break anything when Temari’s watching.
