Coraline has "Caroline and the Magic Potion" so I thought it'd be fun to imagine what bootlegs for the others would be like.

Psychonauts = Psycho Squad!

A family of "Psychic Investigators" must solve a series of mysterious disappearances and confront the evil "Dr Brain Drain." The movie would be more like a bad ripoff of The Incredibles. The only similarities to Psychonauts would the designs for the four main characters, who'd be blatant copies of Raz, Lili, Sasha and Milla, but this means the Raz and Lili ripoffs would be siblings so it'd get very creepy.

Paranorman = The Paranormal Club!

A trio of badly rendered CGI children form a club at their school to study the supernatural. There would be a kid who looks a bit like Norman in the group, but he wouldn't even be the main character and wouldn't have the same personality. The film would end them fighting an atrociously animated green swamp monster.

Gravity Falls = Weird Falls: Haunted Hotel Mystery!

An annoying family takes a vacation to a haunted hotel and deal with a group of mischievous ghosts, but the real bad guy is the greedy hotel owner who plans to trap the ghosts in a machine and harness their spiritual energy to power tacky kitchen appliances. Just to make it also really creepy and uncomfortable, we'll make the Dipper and Mabel ripoffs not siblings and instead make them the romantic couple. 💀

In Japanese folklore, Gashadokuro, also known as Odokuro, are giant skeletons, fifteen times taller than an average person, and are constructed from the bones of people who have died from starvation. Their bones are collected into this giant skeleton creature which is filled with intense anger and a thirst for human blood. He wanders around at night, grinding his teeth and making a “gachi gachi” sound. The giant skeleton towers so high above the ground and walks so quietly that he can be almost invisible. The only warning you get when the giant skeleton is near is a strange and inexplicable ringing in your ears.
