Sure.  [Derek placed his hand on her belly and leant forwards.] Hey baby, you're not quite ready to see us yet, but we can't wait for you to be out here.  But it would nice if you'd stop kicking Mommy quite so hard, you're hurting her.

Yeah, it’s kicking. I freaked out at first because I thought something was wrong, but Addison told me it was just kicking.
