User: Yes, I have a Samsung iPhone 5s Galaxy mobile phone

Agent: Thank you for calling the helpdesk, how can I help you?

Me: Yes, my name is CulBlu, is this a new or existing issue?

Agent: uh...

Me: oh, sorry, force of habit

I’d like to officially thank everyone for the support and making this an interesting journey! I can’t express enough how good it feels to see that people can relate to some of the silliness that a simple help desk agent would face in their journey to help a user. It’s been fun seeing others share their stories, and have some people even throw a comment or two in on a post. Makes it much easier to push through the day knowing that I’m actually not the crazy one when it comes to help desk work =.=
