A/N: I dunno where this idea came from, I was just thinking about clueless Cas, shithead Gabriel and two hunters in a bunker this came about. No clue when this would occur in canon, so place it wherever you would like.

Sam entered the bunker after his morning run to hear pounding and laughing, Gabriel walked from the direction of the bedrooms toward the war room, with a evil smirk on his face. The pounding continued, clearly someone was knocking on a door and it echoed through the cavernous bunker.
"Hey Samshine! Your brother is hyperventilating in his room, you better do something about that!" He laughed as he walked past Sam "Got any donuts in this dump?"
"Wait, Gabe..what?" Gabe only laughed and kept walking. Sam turned and hurried toward Dean's room where he found Cas with his head against the outside of Dean's door and fist resting on it. In a clearly frustrated tone "Dean, we can talk about this, but screaming through a closed door is hardly ideal, please let me in."
Sam put his hand on Cas' shoulder.
"Cas what the hell happened? I wasn't even gone an hour!"
Cas backed away from the door, waving helplessly at it. "I don't know Sam, Gabe suggested I tell Dean how I feel and "grow a pair" and so I did and now," he gestured at the door again, then stood his full height and glared at the door, "I could just blast the door open."
"NO!" Sam couldn't process this information fast enough for Cas' patience, or lack thereof "no Cas," he lowered his voice "help me understand, you told Dean what exactly?"
"That I love him of course, that I always have" Sam thought he might fall over and Cas continued his explanation "Even though Dean is acting panic stricken the longing I feel off of him is completely opposite of what he is outwardly showing." Cas paused and stared at the door again. "However that does seem to be Dean's standard, He has operated in that fashion since the first day met him."
Sam was pinching the bridge of his nose. "You gave him no hints at how you felt, nothing, and then just drop a decade long I Love You on him? Cas you should've known he would freeze up, that's textbook Dean!"
Cas looked bashfully at the floor. "In my defense it was Gabriel's idea."
Sam surpressed a laugh "That's not a good defense since it was GABERIEL'S idea."
Castiel rolled his eyes. "I rebelled against Heaven for Dean, most angels do not do that Sam, unless that has escaped your attention, I would say I did indeed give him several hints over the years." Then he turned to the door and tilted his head in confusion, Sam watched for several seconds while Cas seemed to be processing something. "He just prayed to me Sam. He wants pizza, pie and beer, and none of that pineapple shit."
Sam laughed out loud now. "Cas, find Gabriel, go get the food and beer, when you both get back he'll be ready to talk, Gabriel and I will find a way to occupy ourselves and give you some privacy."
Cas looked confused but nodded. "I'm sure Gabriel has many lewd suggestions for that." Sam felt his face heat up, but said nothing, he waited until he heard the heavy clang of the bunker door closing then stepped back to Dean's door.
He knocked gently. "Hey Dean, all clear, you can come out now."
All Sam heard from the other side of the door was a quiet "He loves me Sammy, what the hell did I ever do to deserve an angel?!"
Sam sighed "More than you give yourself credit for man. If you come out I'll list them off for you." He smiled when he heard the lock on Dean's door release. Very symbolic he thought to himself.
