(if you would like to learn more about songbird then totally check out her marvel wiki entry) being second-in-command ofĀ eko scorpion, melissa was at a loss when the team disbanded and zemo went off by himself on his self-realising revenge mission. she kept the team together, continued with the sokovian military on covert ops, but when she and the other learned of zemoās imprisonment they kept him on their radar. now, years later, with the world as bad as it is, theyāve decided to break him out.
melissa always held a deep-rooted hatred of zemoās wife, and subsequent child. she wasnāt a bad person, she just wanted a happy family, and the two had been in a relationship before zemo met his future wife. now, thereās the chance to rekindle some feelings, but melissa isnāt sure what she wants to do. whether she completely agrees with zemoās plans to destroy the avengers and everything they still hold dear (a vendetta gone too far, perhaps), or if sheās just going soft.

because, in the comics, tāchalla and storm meet when theyāre both younger, i thought iād switch it up a little. they originally met when tāchalla went with his father to egypt on a diplomatic mission when he was six years old. he ran away, upset and agitated that tāchaka was taking so longĀ even though heād promised to show him the pyramids. storm bumped straight into tāchalla and helped him back to his father. ever since then, the image of the most beautiful, white-haired girl heād ever seen has been burned into his brain.
imagine his surprise when he meets her again in new york city, but sheās exactly the same age as she was back then. honestly, tāchalla/storm is adorable and theyāre the biggest power couple ever and i need some of that goodness in my life. she was one of the x-men that became de-aged and therefore sheās nowĀ technicallyĀ younger than he is. all i need is them meeting up again, tāchalla taking her to dinner and the two of them forgetting about the bloodshed and loss for a moment and just existing with each other. they both deserve a little happiness in their lives.

princess, as weāll call her for the sake of this ad, is from an extremely wealthy east coast technology conglomerate. sheās never done a dayās work in her life and doesnāt really understand the struggle of the everyday person. thatās not her fault, her parents were never really concerned about that kind of stuff. she was home educated, kept away from the filth outside of the front door and when she needed to go outside she was chauffeured around by a man she never got to see behind a blacked out window. she and josephĀ (or joey as she affectionately calls him, and only she is allowed to call him that) met at a fundraising event that he was helping to organise for his boss and the two really hit it up. her parents werenāt ecstatic when she told them she was dating joseph, he wasnāt exactly of the highest calibre, and after his dad embezzled a bunch of money intended for victims of kaiju attacks, the jansen name had a bit of a stain.
but, she married him anyway and they moved to the los angeles shatterdome when joseph was offered the position of loccent officer (to spy on his bossā kids, aka his friends). they have a baby girl, chloe, whoās just coming up to being one year old, and after spending a couple of months in the shatterdome (not that long after having chloe, really, but she went for her husband) she realised that she had to do something. so, without telling joseph, she signed herself up to the academy and went through training. he was always so busy with his job that he never really noticed the fact that she was now busy during the day, too. she still hasnāt broken the news to him, and the mark iii jaegers (of which she is now a pilot) are going to be unveiled soon.
needless to say, princess is trying to keep everything under wraps, while having her eyes opened to the horrors of the world and finding a new found need to help people. also, sheās kind of shitting herself in regards to her husband finding out what sheās been doing. so, you know, thereās that.

daniel is as hot-headed as they come. born in mexico city, he moved to new york with his mother when he was just a few months old. his is a story filled with scandal; his father, a neurosurgeon, had an affair with his mother and promised to leave his wife when the baby, daniel, was born. they lived all lived together in a fancy apartment in manhattan until, when daniel was three, his mother died and he was left with a father who really didnāt know what to do. so, he was smartĀ and went and grovelled to his ex-wife. the two got back together, daniel was assimilated into the family and everyone lived happily ever after.
except, they didnāt. his newĀ āmotherā resented daniel for what he stood for, and his brother and sister just plain hated him. he went from having a happy-go-lucky, love-filled life to having to fight for attention. so, fight he did. daniel excelled in practical, creative subjects, getting a flare for cooking at a very early age (quite often doing it late at night, in the semi-darkness, after not feelingĀ āwellā enough to eat dinner with the family). he went straight into employment after high school, working as a busboy, then kitchen staff, right up to sous chef in one of the best restaurants in new york city.
it was moving back and forth between competitors, doing taste tests and bringing information back to his boss that daniel met rosa, his future wife. the two fell in love almost immediately, and after several months of dating across america, he proposed. it was something that came to him one night, a compulsion, and he just couldnāt ignore it. but, it drew unwanted opinions from his family; something theyād not given him since he was younger. suddenly they cared about his life, that he was throwing his money away, that he was having a mid-life crisis and heād regret it all.
but, he hasnāt.
getting together enough money, daniel bought a semi-failing restaurant in denver and has nursed it not only back to health, but into becoming a michelin star establishment. it is the best restaurant in denver according to several online review sites, and daniel is working hard to get yet another star. meanwhile, heās found the time to have a daughter, luna, with his wife, and continuously get into heated arguments with her over dinner, before getting into bed, and, even at parties, when the time called for it.
needless to say, heās highly-strung, quick-witted and very, very good at what he does. but, heās becoming nastier in his age, treating his staff worse and worse as itās their fault the restaurant isnāt perfect. before long things are going to implode, and danielās going to be faced with some startling truths.
