At the dr. Trying to ask questions about the stuff in my medical history and asking for some deeper diving into some past diagnoses… already getting such bad anxiety. I feel like asking them to help me figure stuff out is such a burden on them and like I’m being a pain. As if it’s not even their fucking job. What’s wrong with me.

It’s Sunday. I need to get ready to do something for the day. Probable clean or organize outside.

Having a hand me down dog from a deceased family member is hard enough… especially when he didn’t really love you anyway and now that person that he did love is gone.

Realized how alcohol feels like instagram. I don’t like who I am while I have it… when I’m drinking all I want to do is drink. Sit and drink all the time. When I have instagram on my phone all I want to do is scroll. I work less in both situations. I am less productive and hours slip by in both situations.
