Hood$tockDC is an urban art collective, founded by students at Bowie State University, that celebrates and empowers local artists and creative entrepreneurs, art students, and the urban youth. An idea borne out of a class assignment, this community-driven event will encourage local art lovers to come together and support one another. In addition to supporting community arts, Hood$tockDC will donate a portion of its proceeds to a local charity or youth arts program in the DC area in order to ensure the growth of our future creatives and arts community.
